On the beach side, 14 villas are developed, designed to offer the morning sun with the uninterrupted view of the ocean for the main bedrooms, while the living areas face a private interior patio with swimming pool and a tropical garden. To the north of these villas is the pool with the main hotel and the Great House. This building is the heart of the project and the meeting place for families and friends, with several unique environments such as the library, the member’s lounge, the bar and the “Rum Room”, where you can taste unique rums from the region .
In the lagoon villas of one to five rooms were designed, each one with its pier which can be reached by boat, a marina, and the SPA with its gym. The Harbor House is the center of this area with its restaurants for outdoor dining looking at the mountains on the horizon, conference rooms, the Dive Shop, and a bar to enjoy the sunset view over the lagoon.
